The trio for problematic scar treatment

Intralesional Therapy —
suppressing fibrosis from within
Intralesional Therapy injects specialised actives (Triamcinolone, 5-FU, Bleomycin) directly into scar tissue. The actives suppress fibroproliferation, gradually softening and flattening keloid and hypertrophic masses. Combined with anti-inflammatory serum electroporation to enhance efficacy.
Fibrous Release —
releasing contracture
The Fibrous Release technique severs subcutaneous contracture fibrous bands using a specialised cannula — restoring elasticity and mobility to scar tissue. Fractional Laser then targets blood vessels feeding the scar, shrinking and flattening keloids while resurfacing the skin.

Your questions answered
Common questions about Renew Scar at Tú An Clinic.
Yes. Renew Scar is specifically designed for keloids and hypertrophic scars. Intralesional Therapy delivering proliferation-suppressing actives directly into scar tissue is the current gold standard for keloid treatment.
Scar elevation is clearly visible immediately after the first Subcision session. Fill results accumulate over 3–6 sessions (every 4–6 weeks). Severe scars may need 8–10 sessions to achieve optimal results.
The treated area may bruise and swell mildly for 3–5 days. Most clients return to normal work after 1–2 days. Avoid sun exposure and strenuous exercise for the first 48 hours.
Keloids do carry a recurrence rate — this is a characteristic of this type of scar. However, with the correct combined protocol and adherence to maintenance treatment, the recurrence rate is significantly reduced. The doctor will create a recurrence-prevention plan for each specific case.
Regenerated collagen is autologous tissue — results are durable. However, the natural ageing process over time may cause scars to shallow slightly. Maintain with 1–2 sessions per year to preserve results.
