Is the consultation free?+
Completely free. The doctor will analyse your skin using the VISIA machine and advise on a suitable treatment protocol with no obligation whatsoever.
What should I prepare before coming?+
Arrive with clean skin, no makeup (or remove makeup beforehand). Bring any previous skin treatment history if available. Arrive on time so the doctor has sufficient time for a thorough analysis.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
You can reschedule or cancel at any time. Please notify us at least 2 hours in advance via hotline 097 171 99 88 or Zalo so the team can rearrange.
Is the clinic open on weekends?+
Yes. Tú An Clinic is open 7 days a week from 8:00 to 20:00, including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays (except the Lunar New Year).
How long does the first session take?+
Approximately 45–60 minutes for the consultation and VISIA skin analysis. If you decide to proceed with treatment on the same day, the duration will depend on the chosen protocol.
